In most cases, Great Lakes Waterproofing gives FREE ESTIMATES sometimes within one week if your close to the Minneapolis Saint Paul Area.  Our sales guys work weekends and nights to accommodate your schedule.

Our sales calls with estimates can go pretty quickly, we like to see what your seeing on the inside and where it's coming from.  Then we like to go outside and figure out why it's coming in.  We take a comprehensive look around the outside and point out upgrades besides waterproofing that will help your problem.  Experience has shown most wet basement issues can be a combination of faulty foundation, poor yard drainage, bad gutters or downspouts or concentrated water collection.


We were the first waterproofers in the area to use equipment like moisture meters, inferred cameras, flexible endoscope snake cameras to find why and where water was coming in. 

The roots of Great Lakes Waterproofing go back to the 1960's in Grand Rapids Michigan.  The remedial basement waterproofing industry was still very young and the company was one of the first innovators of interior drain-tile and exterior waterproofing systems using bentonite panels and slurry.


Over time, we've worked on thousands of wet basements and have been called in for some of the tougher jobs.  Great Lakes Waterproofing has lead the industry with innovations and become the leader in exterior remedial basment waterproofing.


Most of the exterior materials we use are rated Green by HUD meaning they are safe for the environment and since they are all-natural they tend to have an extremely long life-span.
